This course teaches supervision theories from individual and systemic perspectives to help students understand how to best utilize their supervision experiences. The course focuses on supervisor expectations; ethics, laws, and rules related to supervision practices; supervisory documentation; and the core components of supervision, including attention to multicultural and cross-cultural issues that can effect supervision experiences for supervisors and supervisees.
