If you are an online master's program student and want to use RefWorks to format your citations, you will need to work with one of the UWS librarians to create your RefWorks account. Your initial account set-up must be done from on campus to authenticate it. Without an authenticated account you will get an error message every time you try to import a citation into RefWorks. This means that a librarian on campus must set-up the account, even if you have gone through the library database page to RefWorks.
