Several students and instructors have experienced problems when posting to forums in the course over the past few days. The site providers identified the editing tools to be the cause of the issue and recommended that we transition to an alternate editor.
As of this morning, any user set to the Default editor will now see the new editing tools along the top of their forum text box.
If you have customized your Editor preferences previously, you may need to check to see if you are using the right editor. Follow these instructions to check:
- Click the "My Preferences" link along the top bar. That link is also new.
- Click Editor preferences
- Select Default editor from the drop-down menu and click Save changes.
