This is a friendly reminder that all new students are required to complete Sexual Violence Awareness training as well as the following form(s):
Online students click Online Student Acknowledgement of Responsibilities to complete the form.
Your username for the Sexual Violence Awareness training is your UWS student email address. There is no password needed.
Be sure you have completed both items by May 7, 2020. Course registration and financial aid account holds will be placed for students missing either document after that date. If you’re unsure if you need to complete these requirements, reach out to studentservices@uws.edu.
