As we want to ensure that there is minimal possibility of interrupting your coursework in webCampus, there are two maintenance windows you should know about and plan for accordingly.
- Tonight from 11 PM Pacific Time to Friday morning at 2 AM Pacific Time, datacenter maintenance is scheduled. Our provider, Moodlerooms, anticipates there could be slower connection times for users during this time window.
- On August 11, from 2 AM to 6 AM Pacific Time, webCampus will be upgraded from Moodle 2.9 to 3.0. Though we don't anticipate any problems, we suggest you refrain from working in webCampus at that time. For students this includes not taking exams, posting to forums, or submitting assignments.
The version changes are minimal, but we will publish a post concerning any specific changes that should be noted.
Also, Panopto will be unavailable for uploading or viewing recordings from 3 - 6 PM on Saturday, August 13 for server maintenance.
