To all UWS students,

For those of you who have been on break, we hope you've enjoyed the time off and are ready for the new term. For those of you new to UWS, welcome! We know you're excited to get started in your courses and programs.

As the fall term begins next Monday, October 3, we want to update students on when courses will be open in webCampus.

For online students in UWS graduate programs, or taking an undergraduate science course, most online courses will open for students after 4 pm Pacific Time on the afternoon of Friday, September 30.

You should receive a message letting you know that your course is open. If for any reason your course doesn't open on Friday or you don't receive a message, check your My Courses page in webCampus (link in the purple header bar). If you cannot access your course by Monday afternoon, please contact the Help Desk (and please include the name of the course).

If you are an online student also keep in mind that if you register for courses at myUWS on Friday or over the weekend, you will not be enrolled in your course in webCampus until Monday. You will know you're enrolled when the course appears on the My Courses page or menu in webCampus.

If you are in the DC or MT programs, your course sites should be available on Monday. If you don't see a course by midweek, please talk to your instructor, as they might simply need to make it visible to students. If you find that you are not enrolled in the webCampus course site, please ask your instructor to add you or contact the Help Desk.

Thanks, and best of luck in your upcoming courses and programs!
