UWS Campus Countdown - April 6

Several administrative departments will be moving to the new campus this week! Check out the schedule below for the most up-to-date move timeline. 

  • March 10, the following departments make their move to the new campus: Executive administration, admissions, alumni, continuing education, development, communications/marketing, financial aid, research, human resources, institutional effectiveness, risk management and community relations.
  • March 10, DC students who did not attend the open house can pick up their new building packet including their new student IDs, Hampton Hall lobby between 11:40 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Week of March 16, all College of Chiropractic finals will take place at the current campus. Finals for College of Graduate students will take place as scheduled online. 
  • March 20, the following departments and employees make their move to the new campus: Business office, center for teaching and learning; College of Graduate Studies directors, faculty, and staff; DCP faculty, staff, and deans; remaining executive administration area employees, fitness center equipment, registrar.
  • March 20, current campus gym closes.
  • March 21, current campus library closes.
  • March 23, the following departments and employees make their move to the new campus: Remaining registrar employees, standardized patient program, student services and ASB.
  • March 23-27, the following materials and equipment will be moved to the new campus: Campus store materials and employee offices, classroom supplies, furniture and equipment, library materials and employee offices, sports medicine equipment and files.
  • March 28, the following materials and equipment will be moved to the new campus: Campus Health Center equipment, tables and employee offices; East Portland Clinic equipment, tables and employee offices.
  • March 30, clinicians will start training in the new clinic.
  • March 31, clinicians and students in the clinical phase of the program will train in the new clinic.
  • April 1, campus clinic will open to the public in the new campus.
  • April 6, Spring term starts at new building and online. All on-site staff, faculty and students will be officially transitioned to new campus. DC students who have not picked up their new building information packet can pick it up in the admissions office at the new building.
  • April 6, gym and library will open up at the new campus.
